All orders are processed within 3–4 business days after the order is placed.

Processing includes order verification, packaging, and preparation for shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 6–7 business days after the order has been shipped.

This shipping timeframe applies to both United States and international orders.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs clearance, local courier operations, or unexpected shipping delays.

Shipping Days

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped.
