Return & Refund Policy

At BJJSuits.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Because custom items are made specifically according to customer specifications, they cannot be resold once produced.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the matter quickly.
